Chocolottadolls Ragdoll Kitten D

Please initial by all statements & fill out bottom completely. Keep a copy for yourself and send original. In sending my deposit of $________ per kitten , I the buyer agree to the following:
	I agree that my deposit is non-refundable and applies to only 1 kitten. I understand that this policy is in place to ensure that I am truly committed to reserving a kitten with Chocolottadolls.
	I agree that if my first or second choice of kittens does not become available to me within 3 months, my deposit will then be refunded, unless I choose to continue waiting. This refund does not apply if I turn down available kittens meeting my specifications during that period.
	Once an exact kitten has been chosen, and confirmed, either in person, or by picture, I agree I cannot change my mind and transfer deposit to another kitten. I may be able to purchase both kittens with discount.
	I agree that by sending my deposit, I have read the sales contract, terms and conditions, and pricing information online at www.iwantaragdoll.com and will abide by all stipulations.
	I agree that all pet kittens are spayed/neutered before leaving for their new homes. This cost is included the purchase price
	I agree that if I will be picking up my kitten in person, I agree to pay any balance due with either cash, certified check, or money order. No exceptions.
	I also agree that I must have the signed copies of the kitten contract returned to Ryan Fuller on placement date, or at least 2 business days before the shipping date.
	I agree that if I am having my kitten shipped, the kitten must be paid for in full (including shipping charges) 2 business days before the scheduled shipping date. I agree that as the buyer, I am responsible for ALL shipping costs, if applicable, including but not limited to; health certificate/exam, rabies vaccination, shipping crate, airfare, & transportation fee to airport.
	I agree that the kitten available to me for purchase is at the discretion of the seller. A similar kitten may be substituted if the original kitten becomes unavailable for any reason. I also agree that this is only appropriate if the replacement kitten is of similar specification, for example but not limited to color and gender that I originally requested.
